I’m Daphne. I'm a superintendent of education, mom, wife, certified conscious and executive leadership coach, author, budding podcaster, blogger, and world traveller! ​ 

I’m also a certified lifelong learner who loves creating content for aspiring, new, and seasoned educational leaders. My specialty is helping leaders manage the anxiety and stress that come with their roles, guiding them to ground themselves with practical, simple strategies and create an actionable plan to help them prioritize and stay focused in the hustle and bustle of school leadership. 

On a personal note, I’m a Peloton addict and a firm believer in mastering life one small step at a time. As for mornings? The earlier, the better! That’s when I dive into my passion projects, and my creativity is at its peak.
